No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason other than damaged items upon arrival.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Cosmetic Issues: Due to all items being handmade, we do not offer refunds for cosmetic issues, undesired pattern placement, or minor imperfections.
